The perfect post workout smoothie

The perfect post workout smoothie:

• 1 1/4 cups coconut water

 • juice of 1 lime

 • 1 avocado

 • 1/2 a head of romaine

 • knob of fresh ginger (chopped)

• handful of ice

 • 2 scoops of collagen powder ( I use @vitalproteins )

This green smoothie is loaded with antioxidants, fiber, fatty acids, and gut healing ginger and collagen.
