MY TAKE ON TIK TOK COFFEE
I keep seeing all of these amazing posts with Dalgona Coffee recipes, so I had to try it. I used monk fruit with erythritol + maple syrup instead of white sugar and I added a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder because collagen and coffee are the perfect pair, I also used decaf instant coffee because I’m off of caffeine right now. This is such a fun treat and a super easy recipe to try if your bored in the house and you’re in the house bored.
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons instant coffee
4 Tablespoons hot water
4 Tablespoons monk fruit with erythritol
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat for 3 to 4 minutes with a hand mixer (until soft peaks form) spoon coffee mixture over 2 glasses filled 3/4 full of ice and almond milk. Enjoy!!
