Self care tips
AN INSIDE LOOK AT THE TOOLS I RECOMMEND TO MY CLIENTS.
This list isn’t exhaustive, but it does share some of my favorite self care tools that help my clients maintain their results between massage appointments.
1) EPSOM SALT BATH
Soaking in epsom salt soothes sore muscles, reduces stress, helps you sleep better, helps the body to detox, and increases magnesium intake (most of us are deficient in magnesium) Pour one to two cups of epsom salt ( I like @drteals ) into a hot bath and soak for at least 15 minutes.
2) FOAM ROLLING
Foam rolling is the next best thing to getting a deep tissue massage. Search Tone It Up foam rolling on YouTube to check out some of my favorite full body foam rolling videos.
3) YOGA
